The deposit is a monetary guarantee to the service provider, being retained in the event of damage caused by the customer. The customer must recognize the weather present in the location and date of the activity, using the legal means of information (Portuguese Institute of the Sea and Atmosphere).<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{&quot;201341983&quot;:0,&quot;335559739&quot;:0,&quot;335559740&quot;:360}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">3.8. The client must be equipped with clothing suitable for the activity, namely comfortable and susceptible to exposure to dust, mud, water, and predominantly cold weather.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{&quot;201341983&quot;:0,&quot;335559739&quot;:0,&quot;335559740&quot;:360}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">3.9. The service provider unconditionally performs the audiovisual recording of the activity exclusively for contractual compliance purposes.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{&quot;201341983&quot;:0,&quot;335559739&quot;:0,&quot;335559740&quot;:360}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">\u200b<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{&quot;201341983&quot;:0,&quot;335559739&quot;:160,&quot;335559740&quot;:360}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<ol start=\"4\">\n<li><b><span data-contrast=\"auto\"> Activity Dynamics<\/span><\/b><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">4.1. The customer drives the contracted vehicle.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{&quot;201341983&quot;:0,&quot;335559739&quot;:0,&quot;335559740&quot;:360}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">4.2. Customers can alternate driving, with the obligation to inform at the beginning of the activity, with the Monitor determining the driver change points.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{&quot;201341983&quot;:0,&quot;335559739&quot;:0,&quot;335559740&quot;:360}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">4.3. The activity is always accompanied by a specialized Monitor who indicates the path to follow, who can share the customer's vehicle depending on the capacity or technical need, or not.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{&quot;201341983&quot;:0,&quot;335559739&quot;:0,&quot;335559740&quot;:360}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">4.4. Throughout the activity, stops are made at tourist points for visualization and photographic recording.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{&quot;201341983&quot;:0,&quot;335559739&quot;:0,&quot;335559740&quot;:360}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">4.5. Other customers (independent vehicles) may participate in the activity, and it is not an exclusive activity.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{&quot;201341983&quot;:0,&quot;335559739&quot;:0,&quot;335559740&quot;:360}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">4.6. During the activity, it may be subject to change for technical, operational, meteorological or other reasons, and may be postponed or canceled with full or partial refund of the amount paid.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{&quot;201341983&quot;:0,&quot;335559739&quot;:0,&quot;335559740&quot;:360}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">4.7. Risks inherent to pregnancy, psychological problems, body structure, post-surgery, among others, that may be affected by vibrations, impacts, caused by the characteristics of the activity.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{&quot;201341983&quot;:0,&quot;335559739&quot;:0,&quot;335559740&quot;:360}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">5.3. The client may get wet, dirty, or damage clothes or other belongings, due to the characteristics of the activity and lack of care associated with it.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{&quot;201341983&quot;:0,&quot;335559739&quot;:0,&quot;335559740&quot;:360}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">5.4. Accident, if the instructions given by the Monitor are not followed and the vehicle is driven in a defensive and diligent manner;<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{&quot;201341983&quot;:0,&quot;335559739&quot;:0,&quot;335559740&quot;:360}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">5.5. Skid\/overturn on curves\/turns, which may occur when the driver drives recklessly;<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{&quot;201341983&quot;:0,&quot;335559739&quot;:0,&quot;335559740&quot;:360}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">5.6. Injuries from approaching fences, walls, branches, among others;\u00a0<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{&quot;201341983&quot;:0,&quot;335559739&quot;:0,&quot;335559740&quot;:360}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">5.7. Other injuries arising from improper conduct, especially from failure to comply with global safety standards and instructions given by the Monitor;<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{&quot;201341983&quot;:0,&quot;335559739&quot;:0,&quot;335559740&quot;:360}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">5.8. The driver must obligatorily deprive people and animals for safety;<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{&quot;201341983&quot;:0,&quot;335559739&quot;:0,&quot;335559740&quot;:360}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">5.9. In case of an accident, due to the characteristics of the activity, namely the itinerary in remote areas, the rescue can take a long time.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{&quot;201341983&quot;:0,&quot;335559739&quot;:0,&quot;335559740&quot;:360}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-ccp-props=\"{&quot;201341983&quot;:0,&quot;335559739&quot;:0,&quot;335559740&quot;:360}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<ol start=\"6\">\n<li><b><span data-contrast=\"auto\"> Rules<\/span><\/b><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">6.1. Failure to comply with the rules of the activity can lead to very serious consequences.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{&quot;201341983&quot;:0,&quot;335559739&quot;:0,&quot;335559740&quot;:360}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">6.2. In the context of breach of contract, disobedience or violation of the rules, the necessary measures are taken, and corrective measures may be applied, suspending the activity with total loss of the amount paid, with loss of the deposit due to any damage caused, and even the activation of the authorities.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{&quot;201341983&quot;:0,&quot;335559739&quot;:0,&quot;335559740&quot;:360}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">6.3. In the context of the existence of children or elderly people in the activity, these are characterized by their physical and psychological fragility, there is zero tolerance for risky behaviour.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{&quot;201341983&quot;:0,&quot;335559739&quot;:0,&quot;335559740&quot;:360}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">6.4. If the monitor is lost, the customer must immobilize the vehicle instantly and wait for the Monitor to arrive, in order to proceed with the regularization of the activity.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{&quot;201341983&quot;:0,&quot;335559739&quot;:0,&quot;335559740&quot;:360}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong><br \/>6.5. The use of instruments other than those authorized may cause serious damage to the vehicle, for which the driver will be held responsible.
